- Take a few drops of ORTHOPAIN-ad Oil and gently apply on the affected area in circular motion.
- Gently rub it once or twice. Ensure that the oil is spread across the affected area uniformly.
- Do not massage your affected parts with this oil.
- We recommend to use this oil preferably at night. However, if pain is more, it can be used 2-3 times in the day.
- Apply this oil and expose the affected area to sunlight for a couple of minutes to give greater relief to the patient.
- To get rid of extra oil applied on the affected area, one can apply any talcum powder.
